Spicy Beef Soup with large green onions and beef sliced into strips

-In Cheongdam-dong and Yeouido, which are places of taste and fashion, there is a spicy beef soup restaurant "Piyangok" with plenty of green onions and meat. Moved from Cheongdam-dong to Sinsa-dong in September 2023, the restaurant is famous for its Pyongyang cold noodles, but it's also served in a bowl of cold noodles, and its Spicy Beef Soup, served crudely.

-The Beef & Spring onion Soup, which is made by simmering Spicy Beef Soup with thick broth, meat, and green onions in a pail every day, is made with kakdu, white kimchi, and pickled radish.

-Thick Ox Bone Broth with plenty of green onions and vegetables, and the fragrant whole horn meat is used and torn into strips so that the soup is fully soaked.

-Spicy Beef Soup tastes better when the rice is rolled. So I added a generous amount of broth.

- Thaw it unopened by submerging it under running water or in the refrigerator. Transfer the thawed product to a pot and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Put the contents in a bowl and you're done. (If you boil it for a long time, you can squeeze it, so add water to your liking to cook.) If you like, you can add dumplings and kalguksu to make it even more delicious.
